Is there a specific conversion between MW and kDa? From Figure 2 in passage 5 of NS FL3, I understand how the log of 6 would be 1000 kDa. However, the Log is based on molecular weight. How did we go from mol/L to kDa?

1 dalton is simply 1 amu.
I'm not sure where you got mol/L from, molarity doesn't factor into answer this. Simply realize that log(6) = 1000000, therefore the exclusion limit is 1 million Daltons or 1000 kiloDaltons.

Got it, I think I was looking at MW and I mistakenly took it for M like molarity. Thank you for the conversion. That makes sense, thank you!
