On slide 4, there is a math shortcut for calculating [X] (pX when X= C * 10^E, can be calculated quickly as: (E1) * (10C)).
I just noticed a small mistake on the slide:
[OH]= (6.8) . (10^4)
pOH= (41) . (106.2) (Should this have been 6.8?)
pOH= (3) . (3.8)
pOH= 3.38

Thanks for pointing this out! Yes, you're totally correct that this is a typo  and in fact, if the correct value had been used, the estimate would have been 3.32, which is even closer to the calculator value. We'll make a note of this and fix it.
