FL Chemistry #21

For question number 21 on the chemistry portion of the full length test: Which of the following is most likely to result in ankle injury?

I understood the greater the torque the greater chance of injury, but I thought the anterior force would be applied perpendicularly, not horizontally. Are all anterior forces horizontal or was that stated in the passage, because I could not find it. I am trying to determine if I misread the passage or I did not know a concept of force.

Honestly, the language for orientation here is not perfect, but only one scenario describes significant torque moving through the ankle.

I would not worry about this too much.
